No instances of fraud were detected during the year.

The ForestrySA executive has developed a broad risk profile and a high level risk management plan for
the organisation.

An internal audit function is being developed to assist with the further development and maintenance of the risk profile for the corporation with the objective of ensuring key process controls continue to be maintained and that corporate governance issues continue to be addressed.
